📅 Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.
• Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been paid.
• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session (whichever you prefer).

⏰ Arrival & Late Policy

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened to avoid affecting other bookings.
• If you're more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show.

🔄 Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once with at least 48–72 hours' notice.
• Rescheduling requests made with less notice may require a new retainer.
• Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather at no additional cost.

❌ Cancellations

• The retainer is non-refundable.
• Cancellations do not qualify for a refund, but you may transfer your retainer to a new date if the cancellation falls within the policy. 

📸 Image Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered within 14 business days.
• RAW (unedited) images are not included or delivered.
• Additional edited images may be purchased separately (if applicable).

✨ Editing

• Every image is carefully edited in my signature style to reflect the look and feel of my portfolio.
• Requests to alter my editing style or perform extensive body modifications may incur an additional fee or may not be offered.

📱 Social Media

I love showcasing my work and may share images from your session on my website and social media. If you'd prefer to keep your session private, simply let me know before your session.

📍 Location & Permits

Some locations require entrance or photography permit fees. Any applicable fees are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

📸 Copyright & Usage

You will receive high-resolution digital images for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or editing of the final images is not permitted without written permission.
